Airport Arrivals

Gold Coast Airport
Domestic passengers are greeted outside departure area inside the terminal. The driver will display a welcome board with the passenger’s name, please make contact with the driver ASAP.

International passengers are greeted outside the custom exit doors inside the terminal. The driver will display a welcome board with the passenger’s name, please make contact with the driver ASAP.

Brisbane Airport
Domestic passengers are greeted outside departure area inside the terminal. The driver will display a welcome board with the passenger’s name, please make contact with the driver ASAP.

International passengers are greeted outside the custom exit doors inside the terminal. The driver will display a welcome board with the passenger’s name, please make contact with the driver ASAP.

Airport Departures
Departing passengers traveling to airport are required to be waiting outside pickup location 10 minutes before pick-up schedule. In the event of delayed pickup due to heavy traffic conditions, drivers will telephone contact number supplied to notify clients of new ETA. 
 
Luggage & Golf Clubs
Please notify us if you have any excess luggage/golf clubs etc. at the time of your booking so a trailer can be arranged for you.
 
Late Flight Arrivals
In the event that Passenger arrive flight is delayed for any reason, clients will need to contact the QGS office on our 24/7 emergency contact number on 0421 705116 at least 30 minute prior to scheduled arrival time. Failure to notify the office of flight delay will result in client missing scheduled pickup and will also forfeit payment.
 
Attraction & Theme Park Transfers
All bookings require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to transfer date for all Attraction and Theme Park transfers. Clients requiring transfers to Attraction and Theme Park are required to be waiting outside pickup location 10 minutes before pick-up schedule. In the event of delayed pickup due to heavy traffic conditions, drivers will telephone contact number supplied to notify clients of new ETA. 
 
Golf Booking & Transfers
All bookings require a minimum of 24 hours notice prior to transfer date for all golf bookings and transfers. Clients requiring transfers to golf courses are required to be waiting outside pickup location 10 minutes before pick-up schedule. In the event of delayed pickup due to heavy traffic conditions, drivers will telephone contact number supplied to notify clients of new ETA. 
 
Travel Insurance
Passengers are advised to purchase travel insurance prior to arrival on the Gold Coast, to protect against any baggage loss, damage or booking cancellation.
 
Cancellation & Refund Policy
There is a $5.00 booking cancellation charge.
· Cancellation received 24 hours prior to scheduled booking will receive a 100% refund
· Cancellation received less than 24 hours but less than 12 hours prior to scheduled booking will receive a 50% refund.
· Cancellation received less than 12 hours prior to scheduled booking do not receive a refund.
 
Pricing & GST Policy
Prices shown on invoice are in Australian dollars and includes 10% GST
